STAFF TEAM
At Melville-Knox Christian School we aim to employ only teachers of the finest calibre who registered through the General Teaching Council of Scotland. Our current staff are advised by a voluntary, unpaid Mentor, a former Headteacher with over 35 years of experience in education, a school management committee and the school board. The school is ultimately under the authority of the Board of Directors. All Directors and Staff are, and must be, committed Christians who are members of Confessional churches.

Bronwyn Gers
Bronwyn qualified as a Primary School teacher in South Africa in 1998. She began her teaching career at Cowan House Preparatory School, where she worked for several years, and then took some time off to be with her daughters when they were young. She then gained some experience in the preschool environment and later returned to full-time Primary teaching.
She moved to Scotland eight years ago with her husband, Craig, and three children. For their first 4 years here, she home educated her children.
In her free time, she enjoys reading, baking, exploring nature and spending time with her family.

Sarah Barron
Sarah grew up in Morpeth, Northumberland and moved to Aberdeen to study paediatric nursing at RGU. She then went on to work in various types of ministry including working as a UCCF Relay Worker and then as a church intern. She most recently worked as church administrator for Trinity Church Aberdeen.
Sarah is married to Peter and in her spare time she enjoys baking, crafting and playing the piano.
